Tim Allred Project Manager, LEED AP (“HRVR”) was formed in 2007 to pursue the redevelopment of the former Williams Lake Resort property. HRVR LLC consists of several private investors who share values of social and environmental responsibility. HRVR believes that environmentally sensitive lands (such as the Williams Lake property) can be responsibly (and profitably) developed to the benefit of the community and the Hudson River Valley region.
